Our application may request location permission in order to compute the distance from the user to the nearby centers. This permission is not mandatory even though highly recommended.

Location access is used only to provide users with accurate distance information to nearby sports centers and to improve the user experience by showing relevant nearby options.
Privacy & Data Handling
The location data never leaves the device and is not shared with anyone, not even us. All location calculations are performed locally on your device.

Camera Usage
Our application may request permission to access the user's camera. This permission is strictly optional and is used solely to allow the capture of a photo intended to illustrate the user's profile.
Data Collected
When a user chooses to take a photo through the application, the captured image is transmitted to Malab servers and used exclusively as a profile picture.
Purpose of Processing
Camera access is used only for the purpose of personalizing the user account. No other application feature uses the camera, and no data is collected for other purposes.
Storage and Retention Period
Profile pictures are stored securely on Malab servers.
- When a user deletes their profile picture, it is immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
- When a user replaces their profile picture, the old photo is automatically and irreversibly deleted as soon as the new image is saved.
- No copy is retained after deletion or replacement.
Data Visibility
Profile pictures are never shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.
- They are only visible to sports centers or partner establishments when a booking has been made by the user concerned.
- Outside of this context, profile pictures are not accessible.
